Zoe Slater is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera EastEnders, portrayed by Michelle Ryan. She made her first appearance on 18 September 2000. In January 2005, it was announced that Ryan would be leaving the soap, departing on 24 June 2005. In May 2025, it was reported that Ryan would reprise the role, making an unannounced return on 16 June 2025 before returning permanently on 1 September. In July 2026, it was announced Ryan would again depart the role later that year.
