November article improvement drive

- I just wanted to drop by and say, in all sincerity, thank you for your enthusiasm in attempting this close! Also in the same sincerity, some friendly advice; complex closes should not be attempted by editors with out considerable experience. I've seen a number of closes done by inexperienced editors go very poorly, and create more problems than they solve. In this particular case, there's thorny issues at hand that need a lot of untying.
