Mohammad Akhtar also known as M Akhtar, was a Pakistani former two-star rank air officer and airline executive, who served as the first Deputy Chief of Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force from November 1964 to April 1966. He also briefly served as the President of the Pakistan International Airlines from May 1968 to September 1968.
