Just Play Dead is an upcoming thriller film directed by Martin Campbell and written by Dan Gordon. It stars Samuel L. Jackson, Eva Green, and María Pedraza.

Production
In May 2025, it was reported that Samuel L. Jackson, Eva Green, and María Pedraza were starring in a thriller film directed by Martin Campbell and written by Dan Gordon. Principal photography began that month in the Canary Islands.[3] Filming wrapped in mid-November 2025, when Eoin Macken and Jason Fernandez were announced to have joined the cast.[4][5] Highland Film Group co-financed the film.[2]
In April 2026, it was reported that Robert Folk had composed the score.[6]
Release
Vertical will release the film in the United States in select theaters on 28 August 2026, and on digital on 1 September.[7]
