Julio A. Concepcion is an American politician serving as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives from the 4th district, comprising parts of Hartford, Connecticut, since June of 2018. In the legislature, He serves as the House Chair of the Executive and Legislative Nominations Committee, and as a member on the Finance, Revenue and Bonding, and Transportation Committees.
