Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo is a Congolese politician and former rebel leader. He currently serves as the Deputy Prime Minister of Transportation and Channels of Communication, and served as the deputy minister of defense prior to his incumbent position. He was also one of four vice-presidents in the transitional government from July 17, 2003, to December 2006.
