"How Do I Live" is a song written by Diane Warren. It was originally performed by American singer and actress LeAnn Rimes and was the first single from her second studio album, You Light Up My Life: Inspirational Songs (1997). It also appeared on international editions of her follow-up album Sittin' on Top of the World (1998). A second version was recorded the same year by American singer Trisha Yearwood, and was featured in the film Con Air. Both versions were serviced to radio on May 23, 1997.
