Desmond Kevin Howard is an American former professional football wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 11 seasons. He played college football for the Michigan Wolverines, winning the Heisman Trophy in 1991. Howard was selected fourth overall in the 1992 NFL draft by the Washington Redskins. He was also a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Green Bay Packers, Oakland Raiders, and Detroit Lions.
