Babrak (Pashto: ببرک) is a Pashtun male given name found amongst the Pashtuns of Pakistan and Afghanistan. It's literal translation is "little Babar" i.e "little lion" and it is therefore used to signify a boy possessing bravery and strength. Notable people with this name include:
- Babrak Karmal (1929–1996), an Afghan communist revolutionary and politician
- Sayyid Akbar Babrak (1921/22 – 1951), Afghan national who assassinated Liaquat Ali Khan
- Babrak Khan (fl. 1898 – died c. 1925), an Afghan tribal chieftain
