The 2010 Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship was the 119th staging of the Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Tipperary County Board in 1887.[1] The championship ran from 18 September to 31 October 2010.
Thurles Sarsfields were the defending champions.[2][3]
The final was played on 31 October 2010 at Semple Stadium in Thurles, between Thurles Sarsfields and Clonoulty-Rossmore, in what was their first ever meeting in the final. Thurles Sarsfields won the match by 1–16 to 1–07 to claim their 31st championship title overall and a second consecutive title.[4]
Kildangan's Darragh Egan was the championship's top scorer with 1–22.
