Zuffa is an American sports promotion company specializing in mixed martial arts and founded in 2001; the company is now a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings (TKO) and is the legal owner of certain Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) properties following the merger of the UFC and WWE. Despite this, the Zuffa logo and brand have been retired from on-air usage in favor of emphasizing the UFC brand. The name has been revived for a legally separate TKO-owned professional boxing promotion known as "Zuffa Boxing."
