August 2026
Hello. I wanted to let you know that in your recent contributions to Acclaim Entertainment, you seemed to act as if you were the owner of the page. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia. This means that editors do not own articles, including ones they create, and should respect the work of their fellow contributors. If you create or edit an article, remember that others are free to change its content. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. A lengthy edit summary was provided yesterday about the inclusion of the link. If you disagree with it then discuss it on the talk page. Don't act as if you own the article and that it's you who is right and others that are wrong. ~2026-38398-77 (talk) 12:01, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- You already know this has nothing to do with ownership. Edits like that require consensus, which you haven't received in any of your recent edits. The point remains that the article is about the company that defuncted in 2004. See also WP:ELMINOFFICIAL. IceWelder [✉] 12:19, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- Much of your contributions to this page are reverts often to good-faith contributions. And it's been going on for years. So there is ownership issue to some degree. But I'm okay with the rationale of your last edit. Too bad you couldn't have just said it the first time and especially after the long edit summary I had provided. And my only other recent conflict was Karate Champ for which there was actually a consensus. Besides that, I try to stay away from conflicts and don't have much interactions with other editors which explains why I don't have warnings on my talk page. ~2026-38398-77 (talk) 12:41, 4 August 2026 (UTC)

Good article nominations RfC
Hi IceWelder,
There is an ongoing Request for Comment (RfC) at Wikipedia:Good article nominations/August 2026 RfC, which you may be interested in because in the past year, you have nominated or reviewed more than one good article nomination. This message has also been sent to all subscribers to the Good Article Gazette. The RfC contains many proposals (33 at the time of writing), which are split into the following categories: nominators, reviewers, reviews, volunteer roles, reviewing initiatives, and others. However, you are more than welcome to add any proposals of your own that you wish to put to the community.
By the end of September, all the proposals will have been closed by an uninvolved editor, either as a consensus for one of the options or with no consensus. At this point, editors will be invited again to develop these proposals into coherent policy and implement them.
Thank you for your contributions to the good articles project, and I look forward to your input! (in solidarity), JacobTheRox(talk|contributions) 16:02, 11 August 2026 (UTC)

pikuniku
It says on the pikuniku fandom on the rebels name that the pink rebels name is leader. I belive it. sorry if I sounded like "oh just check with devolver." I'm sorry but I think his/her name is leader. Wyatt playz 32 (talk) 14:09, 18 August 2026 (UTC)
Use American English
When I try to use this script, my screen freezes along with a server itself; even though I waited for like-5 minutes. Thus I should cancel all of my edits and re-do them again; is there any way to fix this significant error? The script works very well in paricular articles but doesn't work sometimes. It does not work when the article is relatively long, I guess? Camilasdandelions (✉️) 14:17, 19 August 2026 (UTC)
- @Camilasdandelions: That's unusual. I will note that, mostly due to time constraints, my script is currently merely a wrapper for EngvarB.js, but it shouldn't happen in either case. Could you point out which article this occurred on? IceWelder [✉] 18:02, 19 August 2026 (UTC)
- Here you are. Camilasdandelions (✉️) 21:49, 19 August 2026 (UTC)
- @Camilasdandelions: Thanks for the sample. The issue occurs on articles with many templates, which tank the performance of a template-searching regex in the root script. I patched this in my script and confirmed it with the article you linked. Could you try it out on other articles you've noticed this on? Thanks. IceWelder [✉] 19:34, 20 August 2026 (UTC)
