Changes

@Mjdestroyerofworlds: I've made some changes to make this more useful for navigation and comply with template guidelines:

• Converted to {{stl}} for more consistent linking
• Removed the date footnotes - they're too much detail for a navigation template, and would require a vast amount of research and citations to fully fill in. (They really need to be removed from the NYC template that you based this on.) The article about the Coast Line would be the place for a station table with that information.
• Removed links to minor stations unlikely to ever have articles per WP:REDNO
• Added a number of minor stations that appear in the ETTs that I've cited. There were a lot of minor stations and flag stops in the early 20th century; it might be better to choose a later cutoff date to make this more useful for navigation. (Again, the full list can go in the Coast Line article.) I would advocate for 1940 as the first round number after the Daylight introduction and the LAUPT opening. Most stations still open by then have articles, and very few stations closed before then do.
• Removed stations (mostly from Stindt) that I can't verify from the timetables
