C&C: TD/RA/TS/FS/RA2/YR are not W3D Games.

I'm not sure who created this template, but those are 2D and 2.5D games created before the W3D era. If we include them, the template title should be changed. In that case, we should also include Dune II and Dune 2000, as TD evolved from Dune II, and Dune 2000 uses the same engine as TD and RA.
