Richard Franklin Mirer is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, winning Quarterback of the Year in 1992. Mirer was selected second overall by the Seattle Seahawks in the 1993 NFL draft.
