Pramod Boro is an Indian politician serving as the president of the United People's Party Liberal (UPPL) since 2020, and was the 2nd Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Bodoland Territorial Council representing Koklabari from 2020 to 2025. He is currently serving as a member of the Rajya Sabha since 2026. He was the former president of All Bodo Students' Union from 2009 to 2020.
