Pilk is a drink made by combining Pepsi and milk. While the concept of mixing Pepsi with milk dates back farther, including being a running gag on the sitcom Laverne and Shirley, the name "pilk" first gained traction as an internet meme in 2020 after a tweet using the term went viral. It was later the subject of a viral Pepsi advert in 2022.
