Pemberton's deer mouse or Pemberton's deermouse is an extinct rodent in the family Cricetidae. It was a species of the genus Peromyscus, a closely related group of New World mice often called "deermice". It was endemic to San Pedro Nolasco Island in the Gulf of California. The last 12 specimens were collected on 26 December 1931.
