Pawan Singh is an Indian playback singer, actor, composer and politician associated primarily with the Bhojpuri film industry. He began his music career in the 1990s before making his acting debut in Rangli Chunariya Tohre Naam (2007).He gained wider recognition following the release of the song "Lollipop Lagelu" in 2008.
