Joseph Theodore Deters is an American lawyer and jurist who has served as a justice on the Ohio Supreme Court since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, he was previously the prosecuting attorney of Hamilton County, Ohio, from 1992 to 1999 and again from 2005 to 2023, as well as Ohio state treasurer from 1999 to 2005.
