Jeffrey Dean Kottkamp is an American politician and attorney from the state of Florida. He served as the state's 17th Lieutenant Governor from 2007 until 2011 and has been President and CEO of Florida TaxWatch since January 2026. A member of the Republican Party, Kottkamp previously served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2000 to 2006.
