Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. is a Japanese precision-equipment manufacturer and an operating holding company of the Citizen Group. Headquartered in Nishitōkyō, Tokyo, it is listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the JPX-Nikkei Index 400. The group reports three principal business segments: watches, machine tools, and devices and components.
