The 14th floor case is a legal case revolving around Thaksin Shinawatra's stay at the 14th floor of the Police General Hospital (PGH) in Bangkok in 2023 and 2024, following his return to Thailand after 15 years in exile. The case resulted in the Supreme Court ordering Thaksin to serve his one-year prison sentence in 2025.
